Introduction and Storyline
Money Heist/ La Casa De Papel is an Spanish crime drama TV series created by Alex Pina and the meaning of “la casa de papel” is “The House of Paper”. In this tv series two well prepared heist is shown which is led by The Professor (Alvaro Morte), who hired many people with different set of skill to accomplish the task of robbing the highly secured banks in Spain. Tokyo(Ursula Corbero) is one of the person in his team who narrate the whole storyline and a main character of this series.
In the Beginning this series is for only 2 season and Netflix acquired the global rights of this series for streaming. But due to the incredible success it is renewed further, till now 5 seasons are released of Money Heist and the 5th season is divided into two parts.
Throughout the series, the gang faces numerous challenges and obstacles as they try to complete their mission while also avoiding the police. The series is known for its tense and dramatic plot, as well as its complex and well-developed characters. The show has received widespread acclaim for its writing, acting, and overall production, and it has become one of the most popular series on Netflix.
Money Heist 5 Seasons
Season 1 & 2
- The Professor recruits a group of eight people with different skills to carry out his plan of printing and stealing the money from Royal Mint of Spain. The group includes a thief, a stylist, a hitman, a con artist, and a few other unusual individuals.
- The group successfully infiltrates the Royal Mint of Spain and takes hostages, including a government official.
- The police, led by Inspector Raquel Murillo, surround the building and try to negotiate with the gang, but tensions rise as the Professor demands a helicopter and safe passage in exchange for the hostages.
- A member of the team is killed, and another is captured by the police, causing tensions and mistrust within the group.
- The Professor begins to develop feelings for Inspector Murillo, who is also struggling with personal issues.
- In the season finale, the gang successfully prints the money and makes their escape, but not without suffering further losses and casualties, The season ends with the Professor and Inspector Murillo on the run together.
Season 3 & 4
- The Professor and Inspector Murillo are on the run from the police, who are still trying to capture the gang responsible for the heist at the Royal Mint of Spain.
- One gang member caught by the police and then the professor enacts a new plan to rescue the member who is being held in a high security prison.
- The gang successfully infiltrates Bank of Spain, but the mission is complicated by the arrival of a new inspector who is determined to catch the Professor.
- One of the gang members is killed in between, and another is captured and tortured for information by the police.
- The Professor and the rest of the gang goes into hiding, but they are eventually tracked down by the police and a showdown ensues.
- In the season finale, one member of the gang successfully meets the whole gang in Bank of Spain through a dramatic rescue mission, but the Professor is captured and taken into custody.by one of the police member.
